Certified Yoga and Pilates Coach
I am Mirna, a former corporate workaholic who has transitioned into a committed Yoga and Pilates coach. My passion lies in assisting individuals in utilizing the benefits of these time-honored practices to enhance their overall well-being. With over a decade of experience in studying, training, and teaching, I have successfully guided many clients in reaching their holistic fitness objectives and embracing a balanced lifestyle.
Credentials:
I hold a Certification. in Yoga Instructor through UCSD Fit Life, , and in Pilates Mat and Reformer through Balanced Body.
My aprouch:
My goal is to assist you in achieving a perfectly balanced body, and to that end, I offer three distinct types of classes:
1. Pilates on Reformer - This class focuses on correcting muscle and posture imbalances, alleviating chronic pain, and enhancing your overall body shape and athletic performance.
2. Yoga - Designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and stress management.
3. Pilates Mat Fusion HIIT - This high-intensity interval training class is aimed at boosting your heart rate and burning unwanted fat. It incorporates dynamic exercises performed in intervals, interspersed with brief Pilates or Yoga movements.
With dedication, consistency, and a balanced nutritional plan, I am confident that you can modify or achieve your health and fitness objectives.
